All parts and service are performed by a factory trained technician employed directly by Prospero. No outside contracted services are used. Phone tech support is also available 24/7, with a Service Agreement. Ninety percent of the “trouble shooting” can be solved over the phone. All of our technicians can help with any machine problems you may be having. If repairs or supplemental training may be needed a technician is readily available to make a service call.
