Barison Industry has over 60 years experience in developing customized stills that are works of art. Barison continuous distillation stills are for the distillation of products such as: wine, musts, fruit purées and other fermented substances.  Designed for the production of continuous batches often providing a higher yield with higher alcohol content.   Balance is a fundamental component to obtain a product of excellent quality.  The fundamental characteristic of a continuous still is continuously redistilling the tails in order to obtain the heart of the distillate.   
We assist our customers in the design of their continuous stills, ideal for those who wish to produce in large quantities and high alcohol proof products.   Alcohol levels can reach up to 96.4 % and the stills are specially designed for low maintenance and according to the distillate you wish to produce.
