GAI Labellers – 4000 Series
APPLICATION OF HEAT-SHRINK, POLYLAMINATE AND FOIL CAPSULES
Prior to labelling, the GAI 4000 family combines capsule distribution and several head options for capsule application. Heat shrinking capsules are finished with a continuous temperature controlled head. Polylaminate and foil capsules are finished with spinning heads. The GAI 4000 family have the option of standard block, adjustable or universal change parts. Universal feed screws are also available on select models.
The 4000 family offers production speeds from 1,000 to 10,000 bottles per hour.
