GAI 6000 SERIES
GAI Labellers – 6000 Series
CAPSULE DISPENSING, HEAT SHRINK OR SPINNING HEADS AND SELF-ADHESIVE LINEAR LABELLING.
The GAI 6000 series offers four linear designs in labelling machines:
The first, is a trap block linear labeller with a production range from 12-40 bottles per minute. Offering capsule dispensing, heat shrink or spinning heads and self adhesive linear labelling.
The second, is a vacuum belt format that has the production speeds of 40-120 bottles per minute. Offering capsule dispensing, heat shrink or spinning heads and self adhesive linear labelling.
The third, is a linear vacuum labeller with labelling capability only.
The fourth, is for sparkling wine/champagne bottle style production. Offering capsule dispensing, spinning heads, heat shrink, double pneumatic head for pleating and crimping as well as linear labelling.
On certain 6000 series models there is the ability to have up to 4 labelling stations.
The 6000 series offers production speeds from 800 to 6,000 bottles per hour.
In the 2022 GAI has introduced the new labeling machine for large formats: MGFL
