SK Fermenters with Automated Pump-Over, Punch-Down and Seed Removal options

3 Fermenters are available with several different design options:

Automated Pump-over Fermenter:

• Pump over tube with rotating sparger for re-circulating the juice evenly over the cap surface.
• Double jacketed and bottom heaters along with cooling/warming regulating equipment for temperature control.
• Inclined bottom of 10% standard, with 15% or 35% inclines available.
• All cycles are controlled by a programmable computer interface that tracks the fermentation process at all times.
• 3 design options: Closed top, Open top with a floating lid and Cone-shaped

Automated Punch-down Fermenter:

• Cap submerging pneumatic punch-down agitator controlled by computer interface.
• Pump over tube with rotating sparger for re-circulating the juice evenly over the cap surface.
• Double jacketed and bottom heaters along with cooling/warming regulating equipment for temperature control.
• Inclined bottom of 10% standard, with 15% or 35% inclines available.
• Large rectangular door at bottom for easy discharge.
• All cycles are controlled by a programmable computer interface that tracks the fermentation process at all times.
• 2 design options: Closed top and Open top with removable lid equipped with a punch down device that can be used on other tanks designed for punch-down lid assembly.

Fermenters with Automated Pump-over, Punch-down and Seed Removal System:

• Tank bottom has a truncated cone equipped with a scraper and metering hatch for removing seeds and skins easily.
• Cap submerging pneumatic, punch-down agitator combined with a pump-over system, controlled by computer interface.
• Double jacketed and bottom heaters with cooling/warming regulating equipment for temperature control.
• All cycles are controlled by a programmable computer interface that tracks the fermentation process at all times.
• 1 design available: Closed top

Available from 1,000 to 3,000 gallons
