Rinsing, filling still or carbonated products with electro-pneumatic valve, vacuum corking with additional closure turret option available.
The HP (High Pressure) Series is a rotary designed monoblock with the electro-pneumatic filling valve suitable for bottling products from 0 to 8 bar working pressure. The GAI ‘Unica’ valve consists of 4 electro-pneumatic valves that control vacuum, deaeration & gassing of bottle, filling, auto levelling and counter pressure degassing.
Additional options available to customize monoblock.
The HP Series comes in 2 design models:
RE series – Roof deck / sloped base, with an Electro-pneumatic filling valve
FE series – Flat deck / flat base, with an Electro-pneumatic filling valve
