The DREAM is designed using AISI 304 Stainless steel for delicate grape processing.

The DREAM destemmer and autosorter has a unique design in destemming technology. By eliminating the rotary basket and spindle, the DREAM offers a new concept of oscillation grape selection. Post destemming is done with an auto roller selection table with adjustable sizing for precise berry selection. The DREAM is on an adjustable frame with locking castor wheels for easy adjustability and compatibility.

The frequency of the cage oscillating movement is controlled by an electronic speed variator, which allows the destemming process to be adapted to the several kind of grapes. In this way, grapes are not crushed and stems are preserved.
On the lower part of DREAM there is a roller sorting table to separate the stems from the whole destemmed grape (CMA ROLLTEC MINI). This sorting table is designed with different size of rollers which eliminates all MOG from the destemmed parts.

DREAM has a very basic design with only two opening parts:

• feeding hopper
• outlet cover

Both are hinged to the machine for easy inspection and cleaning.

The internal part of the destemmer DREAM is easily accessible from the feeding hopper and the outlet side.

The control panel of DREAM, is made of Stainless steel, allows the setting of the swinging intensity of the cage and of the speed rotation of the lower rollers

Complete with a table with variable opening rollers, to separate the stems from the whole grapes (ROLLTEC MINI). Stainless steel control panel with independent electronic controllers to control the cage movement intensity and rotating rollers speed.
