<p><strong>[1] Double-phase Linear Electro-pneumatic Rinser-Blowers</strong><br />
There are 4 can rinser-blower positions with a maximum can diameter of 85 mm. Empty cans are grasped by a pincer and turned upside down where a nozzle enters the can approximatedly 15mm. There are two injection circuits the duration of injections is adjustable through control panel and the operation occurs only when the can is present. The air injection substantially reduces the water residue in the can.</p>
<p><strong>[2] High Pressure Linear Electro-pneumatic Filler</strong><br />
4 electro-pneumatic filling valves for cans with maximum diameter of 85 mm (3.3 inches).</p>
<p>Each electro-pneumatic valve includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Can presence sensor.</li>
<li>Pressure transducer to control the pressure in the can (the valve does not start filling if the can does not reach the tank pressure)</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve on each spout, to allow, if the can is present, the injection, the pressure compensation, the auto-levelling and de-gassing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas injection circle opening and closing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas returning circle opening and closing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve to liquid circuit opening and closing.</li>
</ul>
<p>The filling level is centralized and manually adjustable. Every valve disposes of dummy can with manual positioning for the filler washing and sterilization. The valve can work both with sparkling liquid with pressure up to 4 Bar and with still liquids up to 0 Bar. The filling level is precise even without the levelling operation. The complete closure of the filling valve greatly improves the degassing even with difficult products. All circuits are canalized (even the degassing one) and the filler is set for a sterilization CIP system. The feeding from the bottom allows a natural and total emptying of the tank. The flow is adjusted by an electro-pneumatic valve. The injection phase before filling allows to replace the air in the can with neutral gas; in this way the oxygen contained in the can is eliminated. The gas pressure in the tank, the injection one and the one of the levelling circuit are handled by PLC. The pressure of the cans lifting pedestals is handled automatically by PLC. The filling valve is under patent.</p>
<p><strong>[3] Linear Lid Dispenser with Gas Injection.</strong><br />
4 lids are independently released from the loader and dropped on a side shifter. The side shifter moves all the lids simultaneously above the cans. The lids are collected by the gripping devices and, after the retreat of the side shifter, laid on the cans with a light pressure. The gas injection heads, placed near the extremities of the cans, allow to inject neutral gas into the headspace during the phase of distribution and laying of the lids. The injections duration is adjustable through control panel and performed only when the can is present. The neutral gas injection substantially reduce the oxygen quantity in the space underneath the lid.</p>
<p><strong>[4] 4310L Single-Head Seamer.</strong><br />
Composed of Stainless steel the seamer seams the can lid. The intermittent star moves the can on the lifting plate, which lifts it and brings it next to the rotating spindle. While the can turns, the two rolls seams it. All operations are controlled by mechanical cams.</p>

<p><strong>2) 4-Head GAI Rotary Seamer</strong><br />
Before the application of the lid, the "bubble breaker" device eliminates excess foam and any surface bubbles that could lead to oxidation of the product.<br />
The application of the lid is carried out with transfer star. Before receiving the lid, gas is injected between the can and the lid, ensuring the elimination of all the air present in the headspace of the can.<br />
The gas pressure in the bubble breaker and lid distribution are separately adjustable and both circuits are fully washable.<br />
For non-carbonated products, a liquid nitrogen dispenser (optional) can be inserted before the lid is distributed.<br />
The lid is fed via a slide with a manually loaded vibrator (length about 2 meters).<br />
The format change is quick and easy with a quick release system of the seaming roll holder arm.<br />
All crimping operations are carried out through sturdy mechanical cams in an oil bath, ensuring precision and reliability over time.<br />
The seamer is equipped with external washing of the closing heads and the lid feeding star.<br />
The inlet and outlet of the cans are parallel, on the same side of the monoblock.<br />

This monoblock includes a trivolver single-head seamer with the ability to use 3 different lid sizes.<br />
The ability to have nitrogen injection for canning still products, available upon request.</p>
<p><strong>[1] High Pressure Volumetric Filler.</strong><br />
10 electro-pneumatic valves, with annular filler bowl, for aluminum cans (primitive diameter: 600 mm).</p>
<p>Each filling valve includes:<br />
- magnetic-inductive flow meter to check the filling volume;<br />
- pressure transducer to monitor the pressure in the can (the valve does not fill if the bottle does not reach the tank pressure);<br />
- electro-pneumatic valve for the injection of gas for the flushing and pressurization of the cans;<br />
- electro-pneumatic valve for flushing gas discharge.;<br />
- electro-pneumatic valve for gas discharge during the filling phase.;<br />
- electro-pneumatic valve for the degassing phase;<br />
- double-acting electro-pneumatic cylinder to open / close the liquid circuit.<br />
The volumetric filling valve avoids any return of the product into the tank, avoiding any possible contamination and oxidation of the product inside the tank.</p>
<p>The filling volume, based on the container dimension, can be set through the control panel and it does not require any manual intervention.<br />
Each filling valve has a dummy can for the machine cleaning process. Dummy cans are installed on board of the filler turret, with manual positioning. Washing product discharge is centralized at the bottle of the dummy can. All monoblock circuits have automatic valves which make the filler fully predisposed to work with a CIP unit. The filling valve can operate with a pressure up to 4 bar. The filler has an analogical level sensor suitable to manage feeding pump with inverter (the pump is not included in the price list). The gas pressure in all circuits is automatically controlled by the PLC. The filler is equipped with a spray system for filling valve external washing. Pneumatic cans lifting pedestals with cam return and automatic lubrication. Filler height electric adjustment. The filling valve is under patent.</p>
<p><strong>[2] Trivolver Single-Head Seamer.</strong><br />
The seamer is designed to work up to a maximum of 3 types of lids. Switching from one type of lid to another is achieved by simply rotating the turret. The distribution of the lid is “self-engaging system” on the output star of the filler.<br />
The distribution duct is equipped with a “bubble breaker” gas circuit and a gas injection circuit under the lid during the tearing phase to reduce the amount of oxygen present in the can.<br />
The flashing star carries the can on the lifting plate where it is raised and brought into contact with the rotating spindle; while it is rotating, the rolls of 1 and 2 operations perform the seaming.<br />
All the operations of the seamer are carried out by means of mechanical cams.<br />

<p><strong>[1] Double-phase Linear Electro-pneumatic Rinser-Blowers</strong><br />
There are 6 electro-pneumatic rinser-blowers suitable for cans with maximum diameter of 85 mm. Empty cans are grasped by a pincer and turned upside down where a nozzle enters the can approximatedly 15 mm. There are two injection circuits the duration of injections is adjustable through control panel and the operation occurs only when the can is present. The air injection substantially reduces the water residue in the can.</p>
<p><strong>[2] High Pressure Linear Electro-pneumatic Filler</strong><br />
6 electro-pneumatic filling valves for cans with maximum diameter of 85 mm. (3.3 inches).</p>
<p>Each valve includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Can presence sensor.</li>
<li>Pressure transducer to control the pressure in the can (the valve does not start filling if the can does not reach the tank pressure)</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve on each spout, to allow, if the can is present, the injection, the pressure compensation, the auto-levelling and de-gassing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas injection circle opening and closing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas returning circle opening and closing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve to liquid circuit opening and closing.</li>
</ul>
<p>The filling level is centralized and manually adjustable. Every valve disposes of dummy can with manual positioning for the filler washing and sterilization. The valve can work both with sparkling liquid with pressure up to 4 Bar and with still liquids up to 0 Bar. The filling level is precise even without the levelling operation. The complete closure of the filling valve greatly improves the degassing even with difficult products. The filling valve is under patent. All circuits are canalized (even the degassing one) and the filler is set for a sterilization CIP system. The feeding from the bottom allows a natural and total emptying of the tank. The flow is adjusted by an electro-pneumatic valve. The injection phase before filling allows to replace the air in the can with neutral gas; in this way the oxygen contained in the can is eliminated. The gas pressure in the tank, the injection one and the one of the levelling circuit are handled by PLC. The pressure of the cans lifting pedestals is handled automatically by PLC. The filling valve is under patent.</p>
<p><strong>[3] Linear Lid Dispenser with Gas Injection.</strong><br />
The lids are singularly released from the loader and dropped on a side shifter. The side shifter moves all the lids simultaneously above the cans. The lids are collected by the gripping devices and, after the retreat of the side shifter, laid on the cans with a light pressure. The gas injection heads, placed near the extremities of the cans, allow to inject neutral gas into the headspace during the phase of distribution and laying of the lids. The injections duration is adjustable through control panel and performed only when the can is present. The neutral gas injection substantially reduce the oxygen quantity in the space underneath the lid.</p>
<p><strong>[4] GAI 4310L Single-Head Seamer.</strong><br />
A single head seamer made of Stainless steel to seam the lid. The intermittent star moves the can on the lifting plate, which lifts it and brings it next to the rotating spindle. While the can turns, the two rollers seam it. All operations are controlled by mechanical cams.</p>
