					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>GAI 2031 FE HP - Automatic Monoblock composed of Stainless steel with flat Stainless steel frame:</strong></p>
<p>[1] 12-spouts, 2-phase Electro-Pneumatic Rinser - Blower (example: water + gas) For bottles with 115 mm max diameter, a gripper device takes the bottle by the neck and turns it upside down. The rinser nozzle enters the bottle neck 70mm, there is no contact between the bottle and the nozzle. The injection takes place only if bottle is present. All the injectors are equipped with flow presence device on each phase. The two injection system are completely separated. The calibration and duration of the injections may be adjusted from the control panel. The dripping water is recovered in a closed-circuit without wetting the machine.</p>
<p>[2] 12-valve High Pressure Electro-Pneumatic Filler with annular tank<br />
Each valve is equipped with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Double opening: the valve starts to fill completely opened (3.5 mm) and less opened (1.5 mm) when the bottle neck is reached. This reduces the quantity of foam in the bottle neck and increases the level precision.</li>
<li> Inductive sensor for bottle presence and cycle start.</li>
<li>Pressure transducer to signal bottle vacuum and pressure (the valve does not fill if the bottle does not reach the tank pressure).</li>
<li>Vacuum circuit electro-pneumatic valve.</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve for pressure compensation with tank gas.</li>
<li>Auto-levelling circuit electro-pneumatic valve.</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve for gassing circuit.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic circuit to open/close gas return circuit.Double effect electro-pneumatic circuit to open/close liquid circuit.</li>
<li>The filling level can be adjusted from the control panel with adjusting range between 30 and 110 mm (on request between 20 and 100 mm) from the top of the mouth with no manual intervention. The neck internal diameter must be higher or equal to 16 mm. Every valve has a dummy bottle for the cleaning and sterilization of the machine. The placing of the dummy bottles is automatic with cycle handled from the control panel.</li>
<li>The valve can work both with gassed liquids with pressure up to 8 Bar, and with still liquids with pressure up to 0 Bar. The filling level is precise even without using the auto-levelling circuit.</li>
<li>The total closure of the filling valve helps the de-gassing even with difficult products and allows the bottling of sparkling wines at ambient temperature.</li>
<li>All circuits are canalized (even the de-gassing one).</li>
<li>The filler has a sterilizing CIP circuit.</li>
<li>The filler has an analog level sensor suitable to control the feeder pump (Pump not included).</li>
<li>Liquid ring pump.</li>
<li>Tank gas pressure and bottle levelling handled by PLC.</li>
<li>Filler spouts centering with movement and cam to center bottle neck on the inlet star.</li>
<li>The filler spouts has automatic washing in case of bottles breakages.</li>
<li>Pneumatic bottles lifting pedestals with cam return and automatic lubrication. • Filler valve is patent protected.<br />
[3] Electro-Pneumatic Gas Injector. Gas injector begins before corking, reduces the oxygen quantity between wine and cork (the injector has dummy bottle for sterilization).</li>

<p>[4] The Corker. Closes the cork slowly to a diameter of 16 mm by using 4 Stainless steel prismatic guide jaws hardened, ground and polished. A vacuum is created in the bottle neck by a high vacuum pump so that the introduction of the cork will not create any pressure under the cork. The corker jaws and centering cone are easy to disassemble for regular cleaning and maintenance. The corker has a photocell to detect missed corks. The bottles are taken on the neck by a "floating" pincer and turned upside-down through a chain system with step-step motor. The rinser nozzle enters the bottle neck 70 mm, there is no contact between the bottle and the nozzle. The injection duration may be adjusted from the control panel and the injection takes place only if the bottle is present.</p>
<p>[2] High Pressure Linear Electro-Pneumatic Filler. With 8 filling valves for bottles with 115 mm max diameter, each valve includes:<br />
• Bottle presence sensor.<br />
• Pressure transducer to control the vacuum and the pressure in bottle (the valve does not start filling if the bottle does not reach the tank pressure)<br />
• Electro-pneumatic valve for vacuum circuit<br />
• Electro-pneumatic valve for the auto-levelling circuit and pressure compensation<br />
• Electro-pneumatic valve for de-gassing circuit.<br />
• Electro-pneumatic valve on each spout, to allow, if the bottle is present, the vacuum, the pressure compensation, the auto levelling and the de-gassing.<br />
• Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas returning circle opening and closing.<br />
• Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve to liquid circuit opening and closing.<br />
• The filling level is centralized and can be adjusted manually from 25 to 100-mm from the mouth. The bottle neck internal diameter must be higher or equal to 16 mm. Each valve has dummy bottle with manual positioning for machine washing and sterilization.<br />
• The valve can work both with gassed liquids with pressure up to 8 Bar and with still liquids with pressure up to 0 Bar. The filling level is precise even without the use of the auto-levelling circuit. The total closing of the filling valve helps the degassing even with difficult products and allows the bottling of sparkling liquids even at ambient temperature.<br />
• All circuits are canalized (even the degassing one) and the filler is set for a sterilization CIP system. The feeding from the bottom allows a natural and total emptying of the tank. The flow is adjusted by an electro-pneumatic valve. Bottle double pre-evacuation: the air (oxygen) in the bottle is vacated and replaced with CO2 in pressure, it is vacated again before balancing the bottle pressure with the tank one. Approximately 99% of the oxygen in the bottle is eliminated.. The vacuum is created by a liquid ring pump. The gas pressure in tank and the levelling circuit one are managed by PLC. Filler valve is patent protected.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>GAI MLE 661 HP - Linear Automatic Monoblock composed of Stainless steel with flat inox frame:</strong></p>
<p>[1] Electro-pneumatic Linear Rinser. The bottles are taken on the neck by a "floating" pincer and turned upside-down. The rinser nozzle enters the bottle neck 70mm, there is no contact between the bottle and the nozzle. The injection duration may be adjusted from the control panel and the injection takes place only if the bottle is present.</p>
<p>[2] High Pressure Linear Electro-pneumatic filler. With 6 filling valves for bottles with 115 mm max diameter.<br />
• The filling level is centralized and can be adjusted manually from 25 to 100 mm from the mouth. The bottle neck internal diameter must be higher or equal to 16 mm. Each valve has dummy bottle with manual positioning for machine washing and sterilization.<br />
• The valve can work both with gassed liquids with pressure up to 8 Bar and with still liquids with pressure up to 0 Bar. The filling level is precise even without the use of the auto levelling circuit. The total closing of the filling valve helps the degassing even with difficult products and allows the bottling of sparkling liquids even at ambient temperature.<br />
• All circuits are canalized (even the degassing one) and the filler is set for a sterilization CIP system. The feeding from the bottom allows a natural and total emptying of the tank. The flow is adjusted by an electro-pneumatic valve. Bottle double pre-evacuation: the air (oxygen) in the bottle is vacated and replaced with CO2 in pressure, it is vacated again before balancing the bottle pressure with the tank one. Approximately 99% of the oxygen in the bottle is eliminated. The vacuum is created by a liquid ring pump. The gas pressure in tank and the levelling circuit one are managed by PLC. Filler valve is patent protected.</p>
<p>[3] The Corker. Closes the cork slowly to a diameter of 16 mm by using 4 Stainless steel prismatic guide jaws hardened, ground and polished. A vacuum is created in the bottle neck by a high vacuum pump so that the introduction of the cork will not create any pressure under the cork. The corker jaws and centering cone are easy to disassemble for regular cleaning and maintenance. The corker has a photocell to detect missed corks. The ability to have another type of closure on the same column. (IF ORDERED TOGETHER WITH THE MACHINE).</p>

The dripping liquid is collected in a close circuit without wetting the machine.</p>
<p>[2] High Pressure LInear Electro-pneumatic Filler. With 4 filling valves for bottles with 115 mm max diameter, each valve includes:</p>

<li>Bottle presence sensor.</li>
<li>Pressure transducer to control the vacuum and the pressure in bottle (the valve does not start filling if the bottle does not reach the tank pressure)</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve for vacuum circuit</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve for the auto-levelling circuit and pressure compensation</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve for de-gassing circuit.</li>
<li>Electro-pneumatic valve on each spout, to allow, if the bottle is present, the vacuum, the pressure compensation, the autolevelling and the de-gassing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve for gas returning circle opening and closing.</li>
<li>Double effect electro-pneumatic piston on each valve to liquid circuit opening and closing.</li>

<p>The Caveablock 800 Semi-automatic monoblock is designed for corking with champagne corks and wine corks and wirehooding with 4-post hoods or with or without cap.</p>
<ul>
<li>It can be used for bottling in glass containers with a diameter ranging from 55 to 115 mm and a maximum height of 375 mm.</li>
<li>The capping machine is made of Stainless steel and is with equipped with safety guards. The closing system of the corker consists of four jaws of hardened</li>
<li>Stainless steel and is easy to disassemble for cleaning or sterilization. The Caveablock 800 works with corks with a maximum diameter of 30 mm and a maximum height of 52 mm.The machine is started by placing a bottle on the holding plate, and is operated through a two-hand control and it stops at the end of the cycle.</li>
<li>The corks distribution is automatically. The corks are loaded manually by means of a steel tube, but they can be fitted with a magazine for the automatic distribution (optional).</li>
<li>The wire-hooding machine is used for wire-hood distribution and closure. The following types of wire-hoods can be used:<br />
- 4-POST WIRE-HOOD WITH CAP<br />
- 4-POST WIRE-HOOD WITHOUT CAP</li>
<li>The machine is operated partly mechanically and partly pneumatically. The wire- hoods are loaded inside the traditional tube produced by O.M.B.F., placing the wire- hoods in it then taking out the support rod (capacity of 250 pcs).
