SK PNEUMATIC PRESSES
Grape pressing is one of the most important and delicate aspects of grape processing. SK designs pneumatic presses that incorporate features to provide the winemaker programmable computer interface pressing cycles. These pressing cycles are designed for whole clusters of grapes, fresh lees and fermented lees. All presses up to the PSP 16 HL, have an electropolished drum, which allows for easy cleaning, reduced water consumption and increased corrosion resistance.
SK pneumatic presses come in 2 different designs, the PSP and PST models.
