The SK mini series tanks provide both fermentation with brite tanks in a compact design. CIP tube and cleaning head included, top manway, sample valve, pressure valve, drain and racking ports are just some of the features included.

- ZMX: Cylindroconical fermentation tank, single wall design, without insulation.
- ZMI: Cylindroconical fermentation tank with insulated, double jacket design for temperature control.

- Internal surface finishing:
- Cones and tank walls with mirror finish – Tank bottom and top are mechanically brushed
- Operating pressure: 0 to 2.5 bar
- Operating temperature: 0 to 50 °C / 32 to 122 degrees F
