ELECROPNEUMATIC RINSING AND BLOWING
The electropneumatic rinser allows to regulate, from the control board, the timing of the injection, blowing and drainage. The can is gripped outside the mouth by a gripper that closes completely without compressing it so as not to damage it. The gripper belongs to a chain system with step motor that lifts the can and turns it upside down on the injector. The nozzle enters into the can by 15mm. The two injection circuits, water and air, are com-pletely separate and the operation takes place only in the presence of the can. The dripping liquid is recovered in a closed circuit without wetting the machine. The injection of sterile air significantly reduces the residual water in cans.
