GAI CAN FAMILY
The GAI CAN family of monoblocks are offered in both linear and rotary designs. The MLE series is a linear designed monoblock with the electro-pneumatic filling valves with a single head seamer.
The GAI CAN rotary monoblocks are equipped with volumetric, electro-pneumatic filling valves.
The GAI 3621 FE CAN monoblock is designed with a Trivolver seamer turret allowing for 3 lid sizes.
The GAI 12021 FE CAN monoblock is designed with a 3 head rotary seamer.
All GAI monoblocks are designed to satisfy the market’s demand for compact and efficient automated canning production.
GAI CAN family features the following:
– Each electro-pneumatic filling valve is equipped with inert gas injection, reducing product oxidation.
– Electro-pneumatic filling valves with canning working pressure from 0 to 4 bar.
– Built in CIP sanitation which is easy to monitor and maintain throughout the machine.
PRODUCTION SPEEDS FROM 500 TO 1,600 CANS PER HOUR
GAI MLE CAN series consists of a rinser, filler turret with the electro-pneumatic valve and seamer. Using both light or high pressure, from 0 to 4 bar, enabling the machine to be used for both still and carbonated products.
GAI 3621 FE-CAN production speeds up to 3,600 cans per hour.
Suitable for canning products from 0 to 4 bar working pressure.
The 3621 FE CAN monoblock features a high pressure, electro-pneumatic, volumetric can filler on a 10 valve rotary turret.
This monoblock includes a TRIVOLVER single-head seamer with the ability to use 3 different lid sizes.
The ability to have nitrogen injection for canning still products, available upon request.
GAI 12021 FE-CAN production speeds up to 12,000 cans per hour.
Suitable for canning products from 0 to 4 bar working pressure.
The 12021 FE CAN monoblock features a high pressure electro-pneumatic volumetric can filler on a 24 valve rotary turret.
With a 3 head rotary FERRUM seamer mod.FC03.
The ability to have nitrogen injection for canning still products, is available upon request.
