The electro-pneumatic “Unica” valve is an innovative design that is suitable for a wide range of beverages that include both carbonated and still products. Specially designed for beverages that require extreme care in terms of oxidation and foam formation.
The GAI ‘Unica’ valve consists of 4 electro-pneumatic valves that control the following functions:
> Vacuum
> Deaeration
> Filling
> Auto Levelling
> Counter Pressure Degassing (HP models only)
A few features of GAI’s electro-pneumatic fillers:
> Capable of bottling still and carbonated beverages on the same machine from 0 to 8 bar working pressure.
> Filler valve programming allows for production speeds to increase up to 30% for carbonated products.
> Bottle fill heights are adjusted with automatic leveling with no manual intervention.
> Container formats can be stored for simplified change over operations.
> Sterilization is linked to an automatic CIP system and may be programmed to run without the operator present.
> Dummy bottles are automatically positioned under each filler valve to optimize sterilization, procedural time and operator intervention.
