Linear Rinsing

The electropneumatic rinser allows regulating from control board the timing of the injection into the bottle and the timing of drainage. These para- meters can be related to the bottle size used and saved in the machine’s memory. The bottle is gripped at the neck by a universal floating gripper in order to reduce to the minimum the format change. The gripper belongs to a chain system with step motor that lifts the bottle and turns it upside down on the injector. The nozzle enters into the bottleneck by 70mm; this depth ensures that there is no interference between the injected water and the return water. The nozzle opens only in presence of a bottle, without any contact between the bottle mouth and the injector. The dripping water is recovered in a closed circuit, without wetting the machine under normal conditions.
