CMA LUGANA 2R
Designed for destemming 7 to 9 tons of grapes per hour.
CMA destemmers offer intuitive design, compact and easy disassembly for sanitation. With locking castor wheels and telescopic legs for crush pad maneuverability and adjustability. The speed of the grape infeed auger is adjustable and independent of the speed of the destemming paddles. The adjustable paddles have soft poly-tips to prevent additional maceration. Multiple Stainless steel cage sizes are available. A plastic food grade cage with rectangular slots are available for delicate destemming. A variety of options to choose from for customization.
The R-TL model offers a longitudinal hopper.
