Screw Capping

This closing device is suitable to apply caps without thread on bottles with single thread screw ring. Every cap dimension has its own four rollers device: two for the thread and two for the skirting on the bottleneck. The rollers strength applied on the cap and their position are adjustable singularly. If the there is no cap on the bottle, the “no-cap-no-roll” system prevent the rollers from entering into contact with glass. The head rotation speed is adjustable through inverter to improve the closure and automatically adapt it to the machine production speed.

This closing device is suitable to close caps with pre-threaded in-ternal plastic insert. The application is performed in two stages with different devices. The first one grips the cap with the clamp and screws it while the bottle base is blocked. The closing strength can be adjusted through the magnetic friction. The second device blocks the cap skirting it on the neck. The head rotation speed is adjustable through inverter to improve the closure and automati-cally adapt it to the machine production speed.
