GAI ‘1X Series
Production speeds up to 3,000 bottles per hour for still products.
Deaeration, Filling, Inert Gas Levelling and Vacuum Corking
The GAI ‘1X series monoblock includes a deaeration station for bottle pre-evacuation and gassing prior to filling, reducing oxidation. These monoblocks have the option of standard block, adjustable or universal change parts. Universal feed screws are also available on select models, with a range of options to customize your machine.
