GAI has created a series of machines specifically designed for bottling carbonated beverages that require extreme care in terms of oxidation and foam formation. The GAI Bier monoblock series includes both the mechanical and electro-pneumatic filling valves for flexibility and customization.
The GAI Bier series have the option of standard block, adjustable or universal change parts. Universal feed screws are also available on select models. A wide variety of options available to fit your bottling needs.
FM – Flat deck / Mechanical filling valve, working pressure of 0-6 bar.
FE – Flat deck / Electro-pneumatic filling valve, working pressure of 0 to 8 bar.
RE – Roof deck / Electro-pneumatic filling valve, working pressure of 0 to 8 bar.
