Punch-Down Fermenters with a Pip Removal System

Prospero Equipment offers closed top and open top fermenters with pump-over, punch-down and seed removal capabilities. Designed with a computer interface for programming and precise fermentation cycles. All fermenters are fitted with double cooling jackets for temperature control through a computer interface. Fermenters are equipped with software that tracks the entire fermentation process at all times. Seed accumulation is monitored through an observation sight-glass. The tank bottom has a truncated cone equipped with a scraper and metering hatch for removing seeds and skins easily.

Cap submerging pneumatic, punch-down agitator combined with a pump-over system, controlled by computer interface.
Double jacketed and bottom heaters with cooling/warming regulating equipment for temperature control.
