GAI 8410/4E – Automatic Monoblock

Capsule Dispensing: Large dispenser for tin, polylaminate, and shrink-wrap capsules with capsule detection photocell, neck centering, and foil pressing piston.
Heat Shrink Applicator: Ventilated shrinking head with thermostatic probe and pneumatic lifting.
Rotary Labeler: 4-head rotary labeler with touch screen control for self-adhesive labels and electrical turret height adjustment.
- Body and back label stations with vertical, horizontal, and angular adjustments.

Additional Features:

Cylindrical bottles enter via infeed screw.
One set of change parts (80 mm size).
Touch screen panel for labeling station and monoblock management (indexed bottle formats).
Designed for in-line installation (pre-set for 1HP conveyor, no conveyor or return roller included).
