Central layout provides easy access to all workstations and connections, as well as control and supervision over the entire work process. Walk-on platform with staircase and guardrails provide stable, anti-slip and washable surface provides a safe work environment and easy maintenance. Combined mash mixer/lauter tun tank (MM-LT): used for mashing and separating the wort from the insoluble parts of the mash (lautering). Temperature control: Heating zones on tank bottom and jacket (laser welded double jacket). Separate heating regulation for bottom and jacket. Insulation: Stone wool, welded jacket.
