5 BBL Fermentation Tank

Multipurpose upright cylindrical tanks intended for beer fermentation and storage. These tanks are designed with laser welded pillow plate jackets (heat exchange) on wall of tank. The tanks come equipped with an oval manway, a 1.5 or 2 inch drain port (depending on tank size), a 1.5 inch racking port valve, a sample valve, and much more. The fermentation tank feature a cone-shaped bottom and concave lid, the legs are welded on to the bottom of the tank. External steel plate cover is welded and manufactured according to the RED Directive 97/23/EC. These tanks are designed to ensure outstanding beer quality and are aesthetically pleasing.

  • Interior Shell: 304 Stainless steel, 3 mm, polished Ra micron – 0.10 Grit, Mirror finish
  • Outer: 304 Stainless steel, 2 mm, brushed finish
  • Cooling Jacket: 304 Stainless steel, 1.5 mm, Dual cooling zone
  • Ribbon for Dish head & welded place.
  • Insulation Material: Polyurethane, thickness: 80 mm (3 inches)
  • Dish head / Cylinder 60° cone bottom / 4 x adjustable legs.
  • Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve (PVRV) / CO2 outlet / cooling inlet and outlet / thermowell
