Fixed Capacity White Wine Tanks are multipurpose tanks with a single door, a conical bottom and a solid top. Intended for fermentation and wine storage under atmospheric pressure. Composed of Stainless steel with laser welded jackets (pillow plate) on the exterior of the tank wall. Double or custom pillow plate jackets are available. Leg extensions, with a 4” adjustment, along with a screw plate for securing the tank to the floor.

The legs are welded to the bottom of the tank.
