GAI 3003
Automatic Monoblock composed of Stainless steel: 600 – 3,000 Bottles Per Hour
Bottle Deaeration
A high vacuum pump takes out about 90% of the air inside the bottle. The bottle is then filled with a neutral gas chosen by the customer (Nitrogen or CO2). The deaeration unit has electrical height adjustment.
Gravity Filler – 16 spout
This gravity filler is equipped with 16 filling valves, with light depression. The filling valves (patented) cut off both the wine and the gas return, excluding any contact between the inside of the tank and the environment. The filling level can be changed between 30 and 90mm from the top of the bottle top.
Gas Injector
The injector reduces the oxygen quantity between wine and cork prior to corking (the injector has a dummy bottle for its own sterilization).
The Corker
The corker closes the cork slowly to a diameter of 16 mm by using 4 Stainless steel prismatic guide jaws that are hardened, ground, and polished. A vacuum is created in the bottle neck by a high vacuum pump so that the introduction of the cork will not create any pressure under the cork. The corker jaws and centering cone are easy to disassemble for regular cleaning and maintenance. The corker has a photocell to detect missed corks.
Corker turret can be replaced with alternative closure option, ie: screw cap, crown cap, T-Top, etc.
Screw Capper
Capper for ROPP screw capsules. The first operation is gas injection into the bottle to reduce the quantity of oxygen between wine and the capsule. The second operation is gas injection in the capsule to reduce the quantity of oxygen in the capsule. The third operation is the placement of the capsule on the bottle neck with the help of a pneumatic piston. The last operation is the capsule closure on the bottle neck with a 4 rollers device (2 for thread and 2 for bottom closure). The device has a no-cap no-roll device. The rotation speed can be adjusted with the inverter. The capper has a photocell to detect missed capsules.
