1,000 – 3,500 bottles/hour. Version V1 is fed by vibration with vibrator on the turret.

The three head revolving screw capper turret. Capsule distribution “on the fly” with inert gas blown on the capsule. 4 rollers closing capsules head with “no-cap no-roll” sensor. Magnetic sensor for metallic screw capsules presence.

Electric phototcell to avoid the store up of bottles at the exit of the monoblock.
Cylindrical bottles enter by an infeed screw.
Machine to be installed in line (without conveyor and re-sending roller, without inverter).
Safety guards in accordance with CE standards with tempered glass doors.
PLC and operating terminal (touch screen).
Monoblock inlet and outlet with protection tunnel (length 600mm), micro-security and inspection windows.
