GAI 6060 – Automatic Monoblock Vacuum Belt Labeler

Capsule Dispensing: Slanted dispenser for tin, polylaminate, and shrink-wrap capsules with cork detection, neck centering, and pressing device.
Heat Shrink Applicator: Ventilated shrinking head with thermostatic probe and pneumatic lifting.
Sleeker Applicator: 6-head revolving sleeker for tin and polylaminate capsules with adjustable speed rotation (pre-sleeker for aluminum caps).
Automatic Vacuum Belt Labeler:
- Body and back label stations with height adjustment and motorized paper recovery.

Additional Features:

Cylindrical bottles enter via infeed screw.
One set of change parts (80 mm size).
Touch screen panel for labeling station and monoblock management (indexed bottle formats).
Designed for in-line installation (pre-set for 1HP conveyor, no conveyor or return roller included).
