• Capsule Dispensing: Large dispenser for tin, polylaminate, and shrink-wrap capsules with capsule detection photocell, neck centering, and foil pressing piston.
• Heat Shrink Applicator: Ventilated shrinking head with thermostatic probe and pneumatic lifting.
• Sleeker Applicator: 6-head revolving sleeker for tin and polylaminate capsules with adjustable speed rotation (1,000 to 2,000 r/min; pre-sleeker for aluminum caps).
• Rotary Labeler: 4-head rotary labeler with touch screen control for self-adhesive labels and electrical turret height adjustment.
  • Body and back label stations with vertical, horizontal, and angular adjustments.

Additional Features:

• Cylindrical bottles enter via infeed screw.
• One set of change parts (80 mm size).
