TSM-2005 – Semi-Automatic Mechanical Capping Machine, Standard with Ropp capping head

Semi-automatic mechanical capping machine built from AISI 304 Stainless steel with an aluminum supporting base structure. Production speeds up to approx. 400-500 bottles per hour.
With an adjustable plate, in place of the threaded bar, it is also possible to cover different bottle formats (H min = 80 mm – H max = 350 mm). The version of the Magnum XL bottles capper is also available.
The TSM-2005 capper is certified according to CE regulations. Once the operator has checked the height of the bottle to be processed using the graduated scale on the side of the machine, operator must position the bottle complete with the capsule to be processed on the appropriate bottle holder. The work cycle takes place by simultaneously pressing two buttons on the sides (keeping them pressed until the end of the cycle) which activate the rod / crank movement for a time T which makes the capping head descend on the bottle to be treated and returns to the initial position, ending the capping cycle. .
