Variable Capacity Red Wine Tanks are multipurpose Stainless steel tanks with two doors, a sloped bottom and open at the top with a floating lid. Double or custom cooling jackets are available, tank is not insulated. Automated pump-over and punch-down devices are available upon request. Leg extensions are available with a 4” adjustment, along with a screw plate for securing the tank to the floor. The vessel is used exclusively under atmospheric pressure.

NOTE: Legs are not welded to tank, installed on location.
