VRXU 2,000 GAL – Variable Capacity Red Wine Tank with Lower Jacket Type V2

Variable Capacity Red Wine Tanks are multipurpose Stainless steel tanks with two doors, a sloped bottom and open at the top with a floating lid. Double or custom cooling jackets are available, tank is not insulated. Automated pump-over and punch-down devices are available upon request. Leg extensions are available with a 4″ adjustment, along with a screw plate for securing the tank to the floor. The vessel is used exclusively under atmospheric pressure.

External surface finishing: legs, tank wall and lid have a flowered finish (K), bottom is untreated
Internal product contact surface finishing: untreated
External welds finishing: vertical and horizontal butt welds on the tank wall are striped (BP), corner welds cleaned and passivated without brushing (CZZ)
Internal product contact welds finishing: butt welds mechanically polished (P) without brushing, corner welds cleaned and passivated without brushing (CZZ)
NOTE: Legs are not welded to tank, legs come separately to be installed on location.
