Our selection of pneumatic presses incorporate features that provide programmable computer interface pressing cycles. These pressing cycles are designed for whole clusters of grapes, fresh lees, fermented lees, and ice wine pressing. All presses up to the PSP 16 HL capacity, have an electropolished drum, which allows for easy cleaning, reduced water consumption and increased corrosion resistance.

Upright Stainless Steel Idropress
The Idropress is a simple pressing system using regulated water with a garden hose or by air pressure using compressed air. With a maximum working pressure of up to 3 BAR provides a higher yield in the extraction process.
