Intended the for production of sparkling wine.

The Charmat tank is manufactured according to the PED Directive (97/23/EC). Tank jacket is equipped with laser welded heat exchangers (pillow-plate). Tanks can be non-insulated or covered with the insulation material (polyurethane foam) and an outer insulation jacket. These tanks are equipped with a valve to achieve isobaric conditions and a decantation valve to remove sediment.

Standard equipped with a safety valve, a level indicator, a manometer, an agitator and other options available.
