[1] The Multi-head Corker.
Three head vacuum revolving corking turret. Mono pipe cork feeding with cam system for secure cork dispensing into the head. Heads, centring cones and high vacuum cam sector disassembling is very easy and quick. Oil bath bottle lifting pedestals. The corker has a photocell to detect missed corks.

Electric turret height adjustment of punches for the depth of the cork in the bottle.
Electric phototcell to avoid the store up of bottles at the exit of the monoblock.
Vacuum corking circuit equipped for CIP circuit for sterilization with automatic valves.
Cylindrical bottles enter by an infeed screw.
Machine to be installed in line (without conveyor and re-sending roller, without inverter).
Safety guards in accordance with CE standards with tempered glass doors.
PLC and operating terminal (touch screen).
