GAI 6023 – Automatic Monoblock Labeler
- Capsule Dispensing: Slanted dispenser for tin, polylaminate, and shrink-wrap foils with cork detection, neck centering, and pressing device.
- Heat Shrink/Spinning Capsule Applicator: Ventilated shrinking head with thermostatic probe and pneumatic lifting; sleeker for tin/polylaminate capsules (pre-sleeker for aluminum).
- Linear Labeler: Pressure-sensitive, self-adhesive labeling with adjustable height for body and back labels.
Additional Features:
- Cylindrical bottles enter via infeed screw.
- One set of change parts (80 mm size).
- CE-compliant safety guards.
- Touch screen panel for labeling station and monoblock management (indexed bottle formats).
- 0.3 hp conveyor and 500 mm collecting plate.
